Plain-language information about how your data is used and how the Hub is moderated.
What we collect
Your name, email, profile details you choose to add (photo, bio, skills, interests), business listings, products, posts, reviews, applications and messages you send on the Hub.
Who can see your information
Public profiles and approved businesses are visible to visitors. Private profiles, saved plans and notifications are visible only to you. Photos are stored privately and shown through secure, expiring links.
Messages and moderation
To keep the community safe, Hub administrators can access private conversations, enquiries and reports when investigating abuse, fraud or a reported concern. Every administrative action is recorded in an audit log that cannot be edited. Please do not share passwords, bank PINs or other highly sensitive details in messages.
Business approvals
New businesses are reviewed before going live. Reviewers can see the details you submit, may add notes, and may approve, reject or suspend listings that do not meet community standards. Rejected owners can appeal.
Your choices
You can edit or hide your profile, control notification types, unfollow businesses and delete your content at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact the Hub administrators.
Community conduct
Be honest in listings and reviews, respect other members, and avoid spam, scams or offensive content. Content that breaks these standards may be removed and accounts suspended.
